Children should not submit names, email addresses, files, messages, or other personal information without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

4. Licence to Use PMNM

- Tool implementations;
- Website designs;
- Written content;
- Graphics and visual assets;
- Databases;
- Branding;
- Trademarks; or
- Other intellectual property.
You may use individual Tool results for lawful purposes, subject to the limitations stated in these Terms and any Tool-specific notice.
5. Permitted Use
You may use PMNM to:

- Generate and review informational estimates;
- Format or transform content you are authorised to use;
- Support everyday work;
- Compare possible scenarios;
- Perform development-related tasks;
- Evaluate outputs before using them elsewhere;
- Submit genuine feedback and Tool suggestions; and
- Share links to publicly accessible PMNM pages.
Important results should be independently verified before being used for financial, legal, tax, health, employment, contractual, regulatory, technical, or business decisions.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not use PMNM to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Commit fraud or facilitate deceptive activity;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
- Upload or process content you are not authorised to use;
- Introduce malware, ransomware, viruses, harmful scripts, or malicious code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, database, or administrator systems;
- Bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
- Conduct vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without written permission;
- Interfere with another user’s access to PMNM;
- Overload the website with automated requests;
- Scrape or extract substantial portions of PMNM’s content or data without permission;
- Reproduce or commercially redistribute a PMNM Tool as your own service;
- Misrepresent a PMNM output as an official, certified, or professionally approved result;
- Use PMNM to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing material;
- Reverse engineer protected portions of the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- Use the contact form for spam, unsolicited promotion, abusive communication, or automated submissions.
PMNM may restrict or block activity that reasonably appears abusive, unlawful, harmful, automated, or disruptive.
7. Automated Access and Scraping
Automated access—including bots, crawlers, scrapers, data-mining systems, and bulk-request tools—is prohibited unless:
- The activity is performed by a recognised search engine for ordinary indexing;
- PMNM has expressly permitted the activity in writing; or
- Applicable law requires access.
You must not use automated means to:
- Replicate the PMNM Tool catalogue;
- Extract a substantial portion of Tool content;
- create a competing database;
- avoid usage restrictions;
- overload PMNM’s infrastructure; or
- collect information about other users.
PMNM may apply technical controls such as rate limiting, bot detection, firewall rules, and request blocking.
8. Tool Results and Accuracy
PMNM aims to provide useful and reasonably accurate Tools, but outputs may be affected by:
- User-entered data;
- Selected options or units;
- Simplified formulas;
- Rounding and decimal precision;
- Regional differences;
- Currency or market changes;
- Outdated rates or thresholds;
- Browser and device behaviour;
- Third-party data;
- Technical errors; and
- Assumptions not suitable for every situation.
PMNM does not warrant that every result is accurate, complete, current, suitable, or error-free.
You are responsible for:
- Checking entered values;
- Reviewing Tool assumptions;
- Understanding applicable units;
- Evaluating whether a Tool is suitable;
- Independently verifying important results; and
- Obtaining qualified professional advice where necessary.
9. Estimates and Illustrative Outputs
Some PMNM Tools produce estimates, suggested ranges, projections, examples, or illustrative scenarios.
Examples may include:
- Creator and influencer-rate estimates;
- Business pricing;
- Salary or work calculations;
- Financial projections;
- Investment-growth illustrations;
- Loan or interest estimates;
- Date calculations;
- Unit conversions;
- Marketing calculations; and
- Generated content.
Such outputs are not guarantees of actual results.
Actual outcomes may differ because of market conditions, negotiations, taxes, fees, contractual terms, platform policies, regional practices, personal circumstances, professional judgement, and factors not included in the Tool.
10. No Professional Advice
PMNM does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, health, insurance, employment, engineering, regulatory, or other professional advice.
Tool results and written content are provided for general informational and convenience purposes.
Before making an important decision or taking action with material consequences, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Use of PMNM does not create:
- A lawyer-client relationship;
- A financial-adviser relationship;
- A doctor-patient relationship;
- An accountant-client relationship;
- A consultant-client relationship;
- A fiduciary relationship; or
- Any other professional relationship.

11. Financial and Business Tools
Financial, pricing, investment, loan, interest, salary, profit, business, tax, and creator-rate Tools are provided only as general informational aids.
PMNM does not recommend:
- An investment;
- A loan;
- A pricing decision;
- A tax position;
- A transaction;
- A financial product;
- A contractual arrangement; or
- A business strategy.
You are responsible for considering taxes, fees, inflation, contractual terms, risk, local laws, market conditions, and professional advice.
Past information, projected growth, estimated returns, and suggested prices do not guarantee future results.
12. Health-Related Tools
If PMNM provides health, wellness, body-measurement, or similar Tools, those Tools are intended only for general educational and awareness purposes.
They must not be used to:

- Determine a treatment;
- Delay professional assistance; or
- Handle an emergency.

13. User Inputs
You retain responsibility for information you enter into a PMNM Tool.
You represent that:

- The information does not unlawfully infringe third-party rights;
- The information does not contain prohibited or malicious content; and
- Processing the information through PMNM is lawful.
PMNM is not responsible for outputs produced from inaccurate, incomplete, misunderstood, or unsuitable inputs.
14. Text, Files, and Uploaded Content
Some Tools may allow text entry or file uploads.
You must not submit:
- Passwords;
- Payment-card or banking details;
- Government identification numbers;
- Private API keys;
- Medical records;
- Confidential business information;
- Unlawfully obtained material;
- Malware;
- Content that infringes another person’s rights; or
- Other information that could cause harm if disclosed.
You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important files and content.
PMNM is not a permanent storage, backup, archival, or recovery service.
Tool-specific notices may explain whether information:
- Remains in your browser;
- Is temporarily uploaded;
- Is sent to a third-party processor; or
- Is automatically deleted.
15. Browser-Based Processing
Some PMNM Tools may perform processing directly within your browser.
Where a Tool is described as browser-based, the input is intended to be processed locally without being uploaded for the central calculation.
However, normal website requests and technical information may still be processed, including:
- Server logs;
- Analytics events;
- Security records;
- Network requests; and
- Browser or device metadata.

16. Generated Content
Some PMNM Tools may generate:
- Text;
- Templates;
- Examples;
- Random values;
- Identifiers;
- Suggestions;
- Formatted outputs; or
- Other automated content.
Generated content may contain errors, omissions, unintended patterns, unsuitable wording, or material requiring additional review.
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before:
- Publishing them;
- Sending them to another person;
- Using them commercially;
- Using them in professional work;
- Submitting them to an authority;
- Including them in a contract; or
- Relying on them for an important decision.
PMNM does not guarantee that generated content is unique, original, accurate, legally compliant, or suitable for a particular purpose.
17. Contact Forms and Tool Suggestions
PMNM allows users to submit:
- Tool suggestions;
- Technical-problem reports;
- Incorrect-result reports;
- Business enquiries;
- Privacy requests; and
- General questions.
When submitting a message, you agree that:
- The information is genuine and relevant;
- You will not include prohibited sensitive information;
- Your message may be reviewed for the stated purpose;
- PMNM may contact you using the submitted email address; and
- Submitting a Tool idea does not create an obligation for PMNM to build, publish, purchase, or compensate you for the idea.
PMNM may use general ideas, feature suggestions, and non-confidential feedback to improve the Services without owing compensation or attribution, unless PMNM separately agrees otherwise in writing.
Do not submit confidential product plans, proprietary formulas, trade secrets, or information you do not authorise PMNM to review.
18. Feedback
If you provide comments, recommendations, bug reports, ratings, or other feedback, you grant PMNM permission to use that feedback to operate, improve, correct, and develop the Services.
This permission is:
- Worldwide;
- Non-exclusive;
- Royalty-free; and
- Not dependent on compensation.
This clause does not transfer ownership of confidential material or personal data. Personal data remains subject to the Privacy Policy.
19. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, PMNM or its licensors own the rights in:
- The PMNM name and branding;
- Website design and layout;
- Tool interfaces;
- Original software and code;
- Written explanations;
- Graphics and illustrations;
- Page structures;
- Databases and collections;
- Tool descriptions;
- Original documentation; and
- Other original website materials.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, or create a competing service from a substantial part of PMNM without written permission.
You may:
- Link to public PMNM pages;
- Quote a limited excerpt with attribution where legally permitted;
- Use Tool outputs for a lawful purpose; and
- Take ordinary screenshots for personal reference or genuine commentary.
Use of PMNM’s name, logo, or visual identity in a manner suggesting sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or ownership is prohibited without permission.
20. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Third-party product names, platform names, logos, trademarks, libraries, and other references belong to their respective owners.
Their appearance on PMNM does not necessarily imply:
- Sponsorship;
- Affiliation;
- Endorsement;
- Approval; or
- A commercial relationship.
PMNM may make limited references to third-party brands for identification, compatibility, comparison, commentary, documentation, or informational purposes.
21. Open-Source and Third-Party Software
PMNM may use open-source libraries, WordPress software, plugins, APIs, frameworks, and other third-party components.
Those components may be governed by separate licences and terms.
Nothing in these Terms changes a third-party open-source licence or grants PMNM ownership beyond the rights provided by the applicable licence.
22. External Links
PMNM may link to external websites, documents, references, services, and platforms.
External links are provided for information or convenience. PMNM does not necessarily:
- Control the external website;
- Approve all external content;
- Guarantee external accuracy;
- Endorse an external product; or
- Accept responsibility for external privacy or security practices.
Your use of an external service is governed by that service’s terms and policies.
23. Third-Party Services
PMNM may depend on providers supporting:
- Hosting;
- Domain services;
- Email delivery;
- Analytics;
- Spam prevention;
- Security;
- Content delivery;
- APIs;
- File processing;
- Advertising; and
- Other technical functions.
Third-party availability and policies may change without PMNM’s control.
PMNM is not responsible for an interruption or loss caused solely by an independent third-party provider beyond PMNM’s reasonable control, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Advertising, Affiliate Links, and Sponsorships
PMNM may display advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, or affiliate links now or in the future.
Where appropriate, commercial relationships will be disclosed.
The presence of an advertisement or affiliate link does not automatically constitute a recommendation or guarantee.

25. Free and Paid Services
PMNM currently may provide certain Tools without charge.
PMNM does not guarantee that every Tool or feature will remain free permanently.
PMNM may introduce:

- Premium features;
- Usage limits;
- Subscriptions;
- Advertising-supported features;
- Commercial licences; or
- Other pricing models.
Any paid service will be subject to the pricing, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms displayed when that service is offered.
PMNM will not charge you for a paid service without presenting the applicable price and obtaining the required action or authorisation.
26. Availability and Changes
PMNM does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Services may be interrupted due to:
- Maintenance;
- Software updates;
- Hosting problems;
- Security incidents;
- Network outages;
- Third-party failures;
- Legal requirements; or
- Events outside reasonable control.
PMNM may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue a Tool or feature.
Where practical, PMNM may provide notice of a material or permanent change, but advance notice cannot always be guaranteed.
27. Security
You must not attempt to compromise PMNM’s security.
Prohibited security-related activity includes:
- Accessing restricted systems;
- Circumventing security controls;
- Exploiting vulnerabilities;
- Testing systems without written permission;
- Intercepting communications;
- Deploying harmful code;
- Conducting denial-of-service activity; or
- Attempting to obtain another person’s data.

28. Accounts
PMNM currently may allow access to basic Tools without requiring an account.
If accounts are introduced, users will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information;
- Protecting login credentials;
- Maintaining account security;
- Promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access; and
- Activity performed through the account.
Additional account-specific terms may be introduced when account functionality becomes available.
29. Privacy
Use of PMNM is also governed by the PMNM Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains matters such as:
- Contact-form submissions;
- Technical logs;
- Analytics;
- Cookies;
- Tool processing;
- Data retention;
- Security;
- Third-party providers; and
- Privacy requests.

30. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PMNM and the Services are provided on an“as is” and“as available” basis.
PMNM does not make express or implied warranties concerning:
- Accuracy;
- Completeness;
- Availability;
- Reliability;
- Security;
- Fitness for a particular purpose;
- Suitability for a specific jurisdiction;
- Error-free operation;
- Compatibility with every device;
- Non-infringement; or
- A particular result.
No statement in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, responsibility, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
31. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PMNM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
This may include:
- Financial loss;
- Business interruption;
- Lost revenue;
- Lost opportunity;
- Data loss;
- File corruption;
- Decisions based on an estimate;
- Reliance on an incorrect result;

32. Indemnity

36. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to consumer rights or mandatory protections that apply under applicable law.

37. Dispute Resolution

38. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, limit, or waive rights available under mandatory consumer-protection law.
If a provision conflicts with a non-excludable legal right, that right will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

If a change materially affects registered or paying users in the future, PMNM may provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Terms.
40. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.
41. No Waiver
If PMNM does not immediately enforce a provision, that does not mean PMNM has waived the provision or the right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only where clearly made by an authorised representative.
42. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without PMNM’s written permission.
PMNM may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a lawful reorganisation, merger, sale, service transfer, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
43. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy, and any Tool-specific notices, constitute the agreement governing your use of PMNM.
A Tool-specific term or notice may supplement these Terms for that Tool.
If a Tool-specific notice conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific notice will apply to that Tool to the extent of the conflict.
