Privacy policy
How PMNM.in handles data. Last updated 10 August 2026.
This policy describes what PMNM.in ("we", "the site") does with information when you use the site at pmnm.in. It reflects how the site is actually built. Where a third-party service is not yet switched on, that is stated plainly rather than assumed.
1. The short version
- We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not have one to offer.
- The numbers, dates, marks, salaries and images you put into a tool stay on your device. They are processed by JavaScript in your browser and are never transmitted to us.
- We collect no personal information other than what you voluntarily type into the contact or suggestion form.
- Third-party services (analytics and advertising) may set cookies and collect usage data under their own policies. Their current status on this site is listed in sections 4 and 5.
2. Information you give us directly
The contact form and the suggest a tool form collect your name, email address and the message you write. We use them solely to read and reply to your message and to act on corrections. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share this information. Messages are retained only as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of corrections made to a tool.
3. Information the tools handle (and do not send)
Every calculator runs in your browser. Salary figures, attendance records, marks, business costs, land measurements, invoice details and every other value you enter are held in the page's memory only, and disappear when you close or reload the tab.
The image tools — passport photo, KB optimiser, signature resize, photo sheet and DPI checker — read your file with the browser's own FileReader and process it on a <canvas> element on your device. No image is uploaded to any server, ours or anyone else's.
Local storage
If your browser supports it, we store a small list of the tools you have recently opened in localStorage so we can show a "recently used" shortcut. This holds tool names and URLs only — never any value you entered. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser storage removes it. Nothing on the site requires it.
4. Analytics
Current status: enabled. This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-VYBN6619B9).
- Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the source that referred you.
- We record that an event happened — a tool was opened, a calculation ran, a result was copied, a search was made — together with the tool's name, category and slug.
- We do not send the values you enter. No salary, no marks, no amounts, no invoice details, no land measurements, no names, no email addresses, no phone numbers and no image data ever reach Google Analytics. The tracker has an explicit allow-list of permitted events, and every text parameter is passed through a filter that removes anything resembling an email address or a long digit sequence before it is sent.
- IP anonymisation is enabled, and Google Signals and advertising personalisation signals are disabled.
- Internal search terms are recorded so we can see which tools people look for and cannot find. The same filter applies, so a search containing an email address or phone number is not transmitted.
Google's handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out site-wide using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking the script in your browser.
5. Advertising
Current status: enabled. This site displays advertising through Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-7626725419931997).
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.com.
- Third-party vendors that we do not control may place their own cookies through the ad system. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
- Advertising is not shown on the contact, suggest-a-tool, privacy, terms, disclaimer or error pages.
Ads on this site are always labelled "Advertisement", occupy a reserved space so the page does not shift when they load, and are kept visually separate from tool controls so they cannot be mistaken for part of a calculator. We do not use auto-placed ads, and no advertisement is ever positioned beside a calculator button or between form fields.
The values you enter into a tool are never shared with advertisers. Calculations happen in your browser and are never transmitted, so there is nothing about your salary, marks, business figures or images for an ad network to receive.
6. Cookies
PMNM.in sets no cookies of its own. The cookies you will find on this site come from Google Analytics and Google AdSense, as described in sections 4 and 5. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; every tool will continue to work normally, because none of them depend on cookies.
We have not implemented a consent banner. If you are visiting from a jurisdiction that requires prior consent for non-essential cookies, use your browser settings or an extension to block them before browsing, and note that we do not claim compliance with any particular jurisdiction's requirements beyond what is described in this policy. If a consent mechanism is added, this section will be updated to describe it.
7. Server logs
Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider records standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent and referrer — for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing errors. These are retained for a short period and are not combined with anything you type into a tool.
8. External links
Some pages link to official sources such as the Income Tax Department, state portals or Google's documentation. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Children
The site is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through a form, write to contact@pmnm.in and we will delete it.
10. Your choices and rights
- Clear your browser storage to remove the recently-used tools list.
- Block analytics and advertising scripts with your browser or an extension — every tool keeps working.
- Ask us for a copy of, or deletion of, anything you sent through a form: contact@pmnm.in. Since we hold nothing but form messages, this is usually straightforward.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because calculations happen locally and we operate no user database, there is very little data to breach. Form submissions are handled by a form-delivery service or mail endpoint; no SMTP credentials or API secrets are present in the pages you download.
12. Changes to this policy
When the site's behaviour changes — particularly when analytics or advertising is switched on — this page is updated and the "last updated" date changes with it. We do not backdate it.
