What to include
- Reporting a wrong result? Tell us the tool name, the exact values you entered, what the tool showed and what you expected. That turns a bug report into a fix.
- Rule or rate out of date? A link to the official notification, tariff order or rate card helps enormously.
- Privacy request? Say so in the subject. See the privacy policy for what we do and do not hold.
Response time
PMNM.in is run by a very small team, so replies are not instant. Reports of a wrong calculation are looked at first. We do not use an automated support queue, and we never send marketing email.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give personalised tax, legal, financial, employment or investment advice, calculate your actual liability, or intervene with an employer, university, bank, marketplace or government department. For those, please speak to a qualified professional or the relevant authority.
