Is the 75% attendance rule the same everywhere?
No. 75% is the most common requirement across Indian universities, but institutions set their own thresholds — some use 80% or 85%, some count practicals separately, and many have a medical-leave relaxation. Every attendance tool here lets you set the required percentage yourself.
Which CGPA-to-percentage formula is correct for my university?
There is no single national formula. CGPA × 9.5 is the CBSE convention, many autonomous colleges use (CGPA − 0.75) × 10, and several universities publish their own conversion. The converter lets you pick a formula or enter your university's own multiplier, and you should confirm it against your academic regulations before using it on an application.
Do these tools store my marks?
No. Every calculation runs in your browser and nothing you type is uploaded. Only the fact that a calculation happened is recorded if analytics is enabled — never the values.
