Creators tools

Sponsorship rates, RPM earnings and engagement. 5 free creators tools.

Creator pricing in India is opaque: brands quote low because there is no public benchmark, and creators accept because they have no way to price a reel. These tools build a defensible number out of reach, engagement, niche and production cost, and they are explicit that the output is a negotiating range and not a market rate published by any platform.

When these tools are useful

  • A brand has asked for your rate for a reel, post, story or video.
  • You want to know what a given view count plausibly earns.
  • You need your engagement rate calculated the way media kits present it.
  • You are deciding whether a paid collaboration covers your production cost.

Creators — common questions

Where do the sponsorship rates come from?

From a transparent, editable model — a base rate per thousand views or followers, adjusted for engagement quality, niche commercial value and deliverable type. No platform publishes official rates, so treat the output as a starting position and adjust it with what peers in your niche actually receive.

Is the YouTube RPM estimate accurate?

RPM varies enormously by niche, audience country, season and video length. The tool asks you to enter an RPM rather than inventing one, and defaults to a broad Indian-audience range. Your own YouTube Studio RPM for the last 28 days is always the better input.

What engagement rate is considered good?

It depends on account size — smaller accounts routinely show higher percentages. The tool reports your figure against commonly cited bands rather than declaring a single pass mark.
